Choose your coach!

You will be automatically assigned a coach once “graduating” from the Blue Shoe Box program. All of our coaches are graduates of an extensive 18-hour Financial Coach training through the Iowa Credit Union Foundation as well as employees and members of Serve Credit Union. They are so excited to help you reach your goals, answer your questions, and guide you through the ups and downs of financial wellness! Here’s what you can expect from your meetings with your coach:

• Discuss your Membership Goals worksheet- next steps

• Go over your credit report (this will require pulling your credit)

• Tips on starting/building credit

• Understand Serve’s beneficial products and services

• Introduction to Student Choice student loans and refinance

• Explore the Financial Wellness Center
