Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Membership at Serve Credit Union (SCU) is not necessary to enter or win and will not increase your chances of winning. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of SCU, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

  1. Start and End Date. All entries must be submitted by Friday, May 29th, 2026 at 5:00 pm CDT.

  2. Not open to SCU employees, Board of Directors or any of their respective affiliates or immediate family members.

  3. How to Enter. Individuals may enter the drawing by: 1 entry for attending the 95th Annual Meeting, 1 entry per member referral, 1 entry per loan referral, 1 entry for interacting with us on Facebook (Follow us on Facebook, share and comment on our Featured Post). Entrants are required to provide (a) first and last name and (b) current valid email address. Limit of 5 entries per person.

  4. Random Drawing. A random drawing will be held on Monday, June 1st. Drawing date is subject to change without notice. 5 winners will be selected and each will receive a Swag Bag of a Branded Tote, Beach Towel, Branded Sunglasses, Portable Bluetooth Speaker, $50 off coupon to the Serve CU Swag Store, opening October 2026. Value of the prize is $100.00. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries.

  5. Prizes. The 5 winners will receive a Swag Bag with the above inclusions.

  6. Winner Notification. The winner will be notified by email or phone on Monday, June 1st.

  7. Release. Entrants authorize SCU to use their name, voice, and likeness in promotional material and for advertising, public relations, editorial, and all other permissible purposes worldwide, in any media, in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

  8. Limitation of Liability. SCU is not responsible for any damage or losses of any kind that may be sustained resulting from entering or participation in the Sweepstakes. By entering or participating in this Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees that SCU, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, media partners shall not be liable for any loss, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from the Sweepstakes’ participation, or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse, of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, privacy or defamation. SCU is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials. To the fullest extent permitted by relevant law, everything in connection with this Sweepstakes, including the prize, is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
