Serve Credit Union Fire Accounts are your local solution for your organization’s dues!

We understand the importance the role of "dues" play in your organization. That is why Serve Credit Union worked diligently to create a program that can be catered to you and your organization's needs! We are excited to work with you and proud to serve you!

A discovery meeting with our Administrative Coordinator will bring your Serve CU Fire Account goals to the forefront!

If it is not convenient to travel to Des Moines or meet virtually, the discovery meeting can come to you!

When scheduling, simply put in the notes section “Meet at _________ Fire Department” and provide the address.

Prepare

Please note that not all Designated Officers need to be present at time of account opening. We understand your shifts are not easy to coordinate. All documents can be signed electronically!

Personal Information

  • Designated Officer’s Valid Government Photo ID (required)

  • Designated Officer’s contact information

  • $25.00 to open the Membership

 

Organizational Information

  • Organization’s Tax Information

  • Meeting Minutes that contain Dues and Officer Designation

 

Funding

  • $25.00 to Open the Membership

  • Depending on other benefits and services requested, there may be additional minimum funding requirements, but we can talk about that during the discovery!

During your Fire Account Discovery meeting, our Administrative Coordinator will discuss the ways in which we can customize your program:

Dues and House Funds

Are you wanting to add Union, PAC or House Funds Account to your Basic Membership?

 

Transfers

Do you need automatic transfers set up from your crew to satisfy the above dues and fees?

 

Data Collection/Forms for Crew Members

This is the hardest part! Collecting Financial Information from your colleagues to satisfy the above dues and fees can be challenging! We can help facilitate this need and set everyone up for success.

 

Crew Member Expectations Meetings

Serve Credit Union is more than happy to visit with the stations or board to help set expectations with your crew, distribute/collect forms, etc. Whatever it takes to make this the simplest part of your day!

 

Online/Mobile Banking Setup

We want to keep convenience at the top of your experience with Serve Credit Union. We offer full account online/mobile banking access to those designated to the account. Enjoy Remote Deposit Capture, initiating transfers, exporting data and more!
